our practices regarding how personal information we
collect on the Triumphant Software, Inc. web site is
used and shared with third parties. By visiting the
Triumphant Software, Inc. web site or otherwise

on what you do during your visit, and what service(s)

Persons who opt in
by checking the appropriate box on various forms on
the Web site will be added to our internal mailing
list and may be e-mailed product information from
Triumphant Software, Inc. If you do not wish to
receive such information, please
unsubscribe.
We will remove your name from our subscriber list
within ten business days. Except as otherwise
provided in this Privacy Policy, Triumphant
Software, Inc. does not sell or rent internal lists
to other companies or vendors.
If you have a question or comment
about the Triumphant Software, Inc. site or a
request to correct or delete your personal
information, please send it to us by using our web
site

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to
fulfill your request in a timely manner. However,
even if Triumphant Software, Inc. deletes such
personal information from its 'live' database(s), it
may still be stored on other databases (including
