If you have specific maintenance needs we can discuss and create a custom solution tailored to your business needs. All plans include: - Installations and FTP updates as required - Checking integrity (re-testing) of the Web site after every change - Retaining of a full backup copy of the Web site - Communication with any third parties (hosting company, credit card processor) on the customer's behalf - The option to request urgent work on the weekends (+100%) - Communication and support by e-mail - Detailed monthly labor reports (with 15 minutes increments) - No minimum contract Bronze Plan also includes: - Design, programming, consulting or technical support work per your request - One FREE hour of work per month - Preference response to all inquires (72-hour turnaround time) - Free estimation and prior customer's approval of any task requested Silver Plan also includes: - Up to three hours of design, programming, consulting or tech-nical support work per month - Priority response to all inquires (48-hour turnaround time) - Free estimation and prior customer's approval of any task that requires more than two hours of work Gold Plan also includes: - Up to six hours of design, programming, consulting or technical support work per month - First priority response to all inquires, 24-hour turnaround time - Tracking and analyzing of web site statistics (based on software and service provided by the hosting company) - Dedicated contact person/account manager - Free estimation and prior customer's approval of any task that requires more than four hours of work For more information please contact us
